Terms of Use for bardaro.eu, My BARDARO, and related digital services.

These terms and conditions govern the use of bardaro.eu, My BARDARO, and related digital services. Whenever acceptance is required for a particular feature, BARDARO will request it through a separate and clear action within the interface. For a specific customization order, individual offer, or other service, additional terms and conditions confirmed at the time of the order may also apply.

The website showcases BARDARO Business Couture and provides access to digital services, including My BARDARO, Private Client Concierge, a digital business card, NFC identity, wardrobe and order information, and other features that may be added over time.
My BARDARO Account
Some services require a personal account. You are responsible for using a current email address, keeping your password secure, and not granting access to your account to unauthorized individuals. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password or contact BARDARO.
My BARDARO can be set up as a Member profile or a Client profile, depending on the services you use. The available sections may vary.
Private Client Concierge allows you to submit a brief request for a BARDARO service, appointment, new order, aftercare, styling, or other personalized assistance, and to manage the follow-up conversation regarding the request in My BARDARO. Submitting a Concierge request does not in itself constitute a final order, reservation, or acceptance of a price, unless this is subsequently expressly confirmed.
Digital Business Card, NFC Card, and Wallet
The digital business card allows you to choose for yourself what information to publish. You are responsible for the accuracy of the published information and should not publish information belonging to others without justification.
The physical NFC card serves as a link to your BARDARO identity. If the card is lost or compromised, BARDARO can block the old card and issue a replacement. Do not modify the NFC content in any way that could compromise security or cause confusion.
Google Wallet and future Wallet integrations are optional features and are subject to the availability and policies of the respective provider. BARDARO cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of a service managed by a third party.
Tailoring, Measurements, and Orders
The information in My BARDARO regarding sizes, items, and wardrobe is intended to support customer service and the customer’s order history. The specific characteristics, price, delivery time, payment, and other terms and conditions of a given order are specified in the relevant offer, order, confirmation, or other document between the parties.
The content of this website does not in itself constitute a binding offer, unless otherwise expressly stated. Special rules may apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Terms of Use
Do not use the website or My BARDARO for illegal purposes, attempts at unauthorized access, automated extraction of protected data, distribution of malicious content, impersonation, or actions that compromise the security or normal operation of the service.
We may temporarily restrict access if we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, a security breach, or a violation of these terms, and we will take reasonable steps to restore normal use.
Intellectual property
The BARDARO brand, visual identity, design, text, images, software elements, and other original content are protected under applicable law. No right is granted to copy, republish, or use this content for commercial purposes beyond the normal use of the service.
The content you upload to your personal profile remains your property or that of the respective copyright holder. You grant BARDARO only the rights necessary to store, process, and display it for the features you have selected.
External Services and Connections
The website may contain links to or integrations with third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. BARDARO does not control the content or technical availability of independent external services.
Accountability and Accessibility
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that bardaro.eu and My BARDARO are secure, accessible, and up-to-date. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits the rights of consumers or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Closing an Account
You can request to close your My BARDARO account in the „Account and Privacy“ section. Your request will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained when there is a legal obligation or other applicable legal basis.
Applicable Law and Changes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without this depriving consumers of the mandatory protections afforded to them by applicable law.
We may update these terms as our services evolve or as legal requirements change. The current version is always posted here. In the event of significant changes, we may provide registered users with additional notice and, when necessary, request their explicit acceptance of the updated version.
